The Williamsburg MLS as viewed through this portal provides up-to-date information including details, photos, a map and relevant documents on listings of homes and land in the Greater Williamsburg Area. Additionally, this portal allows you to enter search criteria that is important to you so you only see listings of homes or land that may be of interest.
After you enter your search criteria in the left hand column, click on the "View Results" link in the ribbon just above the search criteria column. Notice the emoticons (faces) in the Price/Status/List # column? Clicking on any one of them will launch a Portal Log In screen where you can setup your own account for saving your favorite listings. You will need access to your email account to receive your login password which is automatically generated for you, but once you enter your portal for the first time the password can be easily customized. There is also video which shows how the portal can be used, and how you can save listings you like or mark listings you don't care for so you can view them again at any time. And don't worry about spam -- while you may receive a welcome message from GreaterWilliamsburgHomes.com, your email address will not be shared or sold with any other site or company -- not even with Prudential or Prudential Towne Realty.
